from Jan in Orpington and Waterloo; a massage therapist/reflexologist and Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist; specialising in sports techniques, lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, deep tissue, reflexology and Indian Head massage.

My nutrition advice is aimed at dietary and lifestyle balance to be achieved through a range of treatments that will aim to relieve stress, discomfort and enhance relaxation offered within friendly, personal surroundings.

I also carry out online consultations and advice using zoom or facetime for clients unable to visit in person which is a successful way of addressing anxiety, aches and tension.

I am passionate about aiming to assist individual clients through their journey to improved health. Insured through CtHa and membership of FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists).

I have been having regular treatments with Jan for a number of years. Her massages are the very best and always in a relaxed, safe and calming environment. She has helped me so much over the years and her treatments are simply wonderful. She is kind, gentle and discreet.
